This Privacy Policy explains how Total Asset Silk Road collects, uses, stores, transfers, and protects personal data relating to website visitors and persons who contact us through the website form, email, or other official communication channels.
1. Data controller
The data controller is TOTAL ASSET SILK ROAD LLC (TIN 309373012), correspondence address: 56A Abdulla Kahhar Street, Ventum Plaza Business Center, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Scope
This Policy applies to total-asset.uz, its language versions, website contact forms, and official electronic communications of the Company. It does not apply to third-party websites that may be accessible through external links.
3. Data we may collect
- identification data, such as first and last name;
- contact data, such as a business or personal email address, telephone number, and preferred contact method;
- professional data, such as organisation, title, and industry;
- enquiry data, such as project description, requested support, timing, and other information voluntarily provided;
- technical data, such as IP address, browser and device type, access date and time, requested pages, security logs, and diagnostic information;
- cookie data, such as language preference and other strictly necessary website settings;
- information generated through subsequent business correspondence if the user continues to engage with the Company.

4. Purposes of processing
- receiving, recording, and reviewing enquiries;
- responding to enquiries and arranging an initial discussion of a potential engagement;
- preparing a proposal, agreement, or other pre-contractual material at the user’s request;
- managing business correspondence and relationships with clients and partners;
- maintaining website functionality and security and preventing misuse;
- complying with legal requirements and protecting the Company’s rights and legitimate interests;
- sending informational or marketing communications only where a separate applicable legal basis exists and an opt-out is available.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on the data subject’s consent, steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or the Company’s legitimate interests, provided that the rights and legitimate interests of the data subject are respected.
Where processing is based on consent, the data subject may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and does not override mandatory legal retention obligations.
6. Recipients and processors
Access is limited to employees and contractors who need the data to perform their duties. For the stated purposes, data may be processed by hosting and cloud infrastructure providers (currently Vercel and Railway), corporate email providers, information-security advisers, legal advisers, and other professional service providers.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities or other persons where required by law, a binding order, or the need to protect the Company’s rights and legitimate interests.
The Company does not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their independent marketing without a separate legal basis.
7. Cross-border processing
Certain infrastructure providers may process data outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. Such processing is permitted only where the conditions and safeguards required by applicable law are satisfied, including an adequate level of protection, applicable standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, or recognised standards for personal-data management and storage.
Where separate consent is required for a particular transfer, the Company will obtain it before the transfer.
8. Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. As a general rule, enquiries that do not result in a contractual relationship are retained for up to three years from the last substantive interaction; technical logs for up to twelve months; and the language-preference cookie for up to twelve months. Contractual, accounting, dispute-related, and mandatory records are retained for the periods required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the Company’s rights.
Once the purpose has been achieved, data is deleted, anonymised, or archived where a lawful basis for continued retention exists.
9. Data-subject rights
- obtain information about the processing of personal data;
- request access, correction, or completion of data;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request temporary restriction or deletion in circumstances provided by law;
- object to marketing communications;
- submit a complaint to the competent authority or seek judicial protection.
Requests should be sent to info@total-asset.uz. The Company may request reasonable proof of identity and will respond within the time limits prescribed by applicable law.
10. Security
The Company applies proportionate legal, organisational, and technical measures, including access controls, authentication, logging, backups, and confidentiality requirements. However, no transmission or storage method can provide absolute security.
11. Children’s data
The website is intended for business communications and is not directed at persons under 18. The Company does not knowingly collect children’s data through the website. If such processing is identified, the data will be deleted unless another lawful basis applies.
12. Cookies
The website uses strictly necessary cookies, including a cookie that stores the selected language. If analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.
13. Changes to this Policy
The Company may update this Policy when the law, services, or processing activities change. The current version will be published on the website with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
